Shipping policy

The Last Smile is a presale of a numbered final production run. Orders ship in the sequence they were received beginning August 15, 2026.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage from our studio. Because every piece is made, painted, and sealed by hand, please allow 2 to 4 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. You will receive tracking by email the moment your box is on its way.

Shipping is a flat $8. Orders of $99 or more ship free.

Each order is packed in a rigid gift box with the vessels bedded in crinkle paper to protect the glass in transit. If your box arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number and we will make it right.
